We first introduced this option back in 2000 and it continues to grow rapidly in popularity. Many people have chosen it due to the clean looking exterior and the ease of installing graphics on the trailer.
Due to the excellent customer feedback we have received on our screwless aluminum exterior, we also offer the same great look for the interior of the trailer. Yes, if you select an aluminum interior, we install it screwless at no additional charge! Why do we do this? We do it because it looks and performs better than any other option. to use Dexter Torsion axles as the starting point of the building
process. Dexter offers a full line of trailer axles that can be used in
various applications. It does however fall on the trailer manufacturer
to insure compatibility between the design of the trailer and the axle configuration. Motiv has a dedicated engineering force which helps make this process possible. Each and every Dexter axle that is installed on a Motiv trailer comes equipped with electric brakes insuring the retail customer’s safety while towing to their desired destination. By enforcing
brakes on our axles it also helps to prolong the life of the tow
vehicle’s brakes. This is one example of a high quality product that Motiv has designated as a standard feature in its trailer line up.
Myrtle Beach Bike Week

Myrtle Beach Bike Week was a success this year and ATC had a little extra surprise at the booth located at Broadway at the Beach…it was one of their GTS all-aluminum, all-tube frames. People were excited to see what normally can’t be seen…the actual construction that is hidden under the floor and behind the interior and exterior walls.
As one bystander stated, “Seeing is believing…and now I can better understand what puts ATC in a class all by itself.” Most manufacturers wouldn’t dare place their bare frame on display, but ATC is proud of their 100% all-aluminum, all-tube construction…in simple terms, there’s just nothing to hide!
At ATC we realize the very core of a trailer begins with the frame and we’re not willing to sacrifice quality at any level. Just because you don’t normally see the frame is no reason to short change your customers…you need to deliver the highest quality product possible and the strength of our trailers begins with a quality frame built to last. Our competitors rely on the strength provided by the addition of interior walls or heavier exterior panels, but at ATC we let our designs and superior materials deliver the unmatched strength!
The frame was such a success in Myrtle Beach don’t be surprised if you don’t end up seeing more frames at future shows…it just shows you everything and we feel that it’s important for our customers to know what they’re getting for their hard-earned dollar!
Stacker Trailers from Motiv and ATC
Tuesday, July 10th, 2007As the new 2008 model year trailers are rapidly approaching, Motiv is preparing to unveil our new SSX Stacker model. Many customers have been asking for a steel stacker from ATC / Motiv. With ATC’s incredible success in the aluminum stacker trailer market, it only makes sense to broaden our product offering and provide customers with a steel version of of one of ATC’s most popular models.
Our 2008 SSX Stacker model is set to launch in Mid August. The SSX will be well equipped with standard features such as aluminum interior walls and ceiling, 4000# lift system, battery boxed and wired, side door with recessed slam latch, 10′ interior height, full perimeter steel frame, and .040 side wall skins. For customers who still want additional luxuries, Motiv has also created a value-priced convenience package that will offer even more features.
