ATC Express Quick Start

To help you get started, please follow this quick guide to setup ATC Express.

1. Launch ATC Express
2. Click "Tools" then "Account Information" on the toolbar.
3. Enter your name and email address (the other fields are optional). Then press "OK".
4. On the "Trailers" tab, select the trailer you are interested in.
5. Click the "Options" tab
6. Select the options you wish to add to your trailer.
7. Once your trailer and options are selected, click the "Customer" tab.
8. Enter "ATC" in the "Customer Name field.
9. Enter "sales@aluminumtrailer.com" in the "Email" field.
10. Press "Email Quote" in the lower right corner of your screen.

A quote will be sent to us for review and we can contact you with further directions

Trouble Shoot ATC Express

ATC Express won't start
Try each of these steps until one works:

1. Check your version of Java at Java.com. Try to launch ATC Express again.
2. Search your computer for a folder named ".ATCLite" (notice the dot in front of ATCLite) and delete it. Try to launch ATC Express again.
3. Uninstall it using your "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel. Try to launch ATC Express again.
